History of the Brand
Named after “Bombay Beach” on the Salton Sea in Southern California. In its prime was the pinnacle of class, luxury and well-to-do. Hosting a plethora of famous and elite people, from Frank Sinatra, The Beach Boys and Bing Crosby. Whether it be for just a weekend getaway or a summer vacation outside the hustle and bustle of the Hollywood Hills or the Las Vegas strip, Bombay Beach was the hottest place to be. A mid-century dream for the middle class and a haven of sophistication and leisure! Still today, we dream to succeed and need a way to feel good while achieving greatness! We are that brand that will help you feel that way, with little impact to your budget. Go out there and make it happen!
About Me
Welcome! I’m Dustyn Pollard, the creator, designer and visionary of Bombay Luxury Brand (BLB). I’ve spent the majority of my life working in retail which gave me a keen perspective on the quality of clothing available. People that don’t live in urban areas or have the "means" are often relegated to low quality garments that leave a lot to be desired. Everyone wants to look like a million bucks without spending it.
In high school and college alike, I would save and save just to buy a few items of quality clothing. Clothes that I still have to this day I might add. So when I set out to make a clothing company I wanted it to be affordable and durable. I have been fortunate enough to travel the country and experience a variety of breathtaking landscapes and diverse people that make it great. My outfit of choice (most of the time) is jeans and a T-shirt, and so Bombay Luxury Brand was constructed from a singular T-shirt design (Bombay Classic).
My travels to lakes, beaches, oceans, mountains and valleys have inspired my designs and the people I’ve met along the way have motivated me to create an all inclusive brand. I have found that I can lose myself for hours designing and creating, so I’d most certainly call it a passion. I decided to take that passion and put it into action. As a result, Bombay Luxury Brand was born.
Our apparel focus is centered around originality, quality and satisfaction. Each garment is tried and tested by me to ensure both the product and service meet your expectations. Everyone deserves to feel great and look great too. I hope you find a look that propels and inspires you. Oh, and by the way, it’s nice to meet you!
